Storage
To maintain the best freshness, its best stored in the fridge after opening and reseal with the least amount of air in the pack.
Once open, best used within 5 weeks.
Farm and Location
This was Finola Seed that was grown in Northumberland UK;
Planted in May 2022 – and Harvested in October 2022.
The seed was stored and de-hulled in March 2023

Gluten Content
Hemp seed is naturally free -from gluten, but there is a very small chance of trace amounts of cereals containing gluten, due to it being grown on British farms that also grow cereals.
So we no longer say gluten-free, but this would be fine for anyone who is gluten intolerant.
