We have cracked open the protective shell of the hemp seed to provide these nutritious yummy hearts. Full of essential fatty acids, containing Omega 3 and 6, in the perfect ratio for our body. High in protein and with a sweet nutty taste, perfect to use in baking. Use to thicken up smoothies or simply sprinkle over food.
This very vegan friendly is perfect for a Vegan diet, as it contains Omega oils in the perfect ratio for your body. It is also great for Keto Diets, as it packs a large number of proteins and oils but not many carbs, as the carbs are mainly in the shells that have been removed.
We are a family farm based in Northumberland UK. The Hemp Seed is grown without pesticides and is tested and assured for quality and nutrition.

Hemp Heart Flapjacks
These high-protein slow-release energy bars taste amazing! I think the extra oil in the seed helps make the flapjacks have a soft gooey texture. The nuttiness from the hemp seeds cooked with the oil and sugar give it this brittle nut sort of flavour – Without any allergens!
100% British Grown
We pride ourselves in the fact that our hemp is 100% British grown on our farm here in Northumberland. We do all growing, drying and packaging in-house so you get your hemp hearts directly from the farmers, and sell locally, keeping our carbon emissions down and our product fresh.

Our British Grown Hemp hearts come from the heart, we respect nature and our hemp helps promote soil regeneration, we use no herbicides or pesticides and allow wildlife to flourish in this area. The other weeds act as a ground living ground mulch to protect the soil from the sun, and we are also currently putting our hemp stalks aka Shives back into the ground to provide more organic matter to keep the soil healthy and alive.
We would love to get more people educated on the benefits of hemp, for the planet, for farmers and for you! as the oils and minerals in the hemp seed are so beneficial for the human body.
