Ingredients:

40g rolled oats

5g chia seeds

5g Hemp north hemp seeds

100ml unsweetened soya milk

5ml maple syrup

7g biscoff spread

30ml unsweetened soya yoghurt

Method:

For making the night before & assembling in the morning

The night before

1. Gently melt the 7g of biscoff spread in the microwave until it’s runny

2. Add the oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, maple syrup, runny biscoff spread & soya milk into a bowl & mix well. cover the oats mixture & refrigerate overnight

3. Put the frozen strawberries in a pan with the remaining 5g of chia seeds & the remaining 1 tsp of golden syrup

In the morning

4. Melt the 8g of biscoff spread in the microwave until it’s runny

5. Crush one of the biscoff biscuits into crumbs

6. Top the oats with the soya yoghurt, slices of banana, crushed biscoff, the biscoff spread & the whole biscoff biscuit

7. Enjoy
