Blackberry & apple breakfast crumble

Ingredients:

 50g fresh or frozen blackberries

50g bramley apple ( prepared weight )

2g cornflour

30g rolled oats

5g hemp north hemp seeds

15g unsweetened almond butter ( 1 tbspn)

7g coconut oil

10ml maple syrup ( 2 tsp )

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon?

15g walnuts toppings

60ml unsweetened soya yoghurt

Method:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180c fan

2. Peel & chop the apples & put them in a pan along with the blackberries. add the cornflour, 1/4 tsp of the cinnamon & 5ml of the maple then let that simmer gently with the lid on for approx 10 minutes or until the fruit is soft. transfer to an oven-proof dish

3. Now make the crumble topping

4. Melt the coconut oil then add the remaining 5ml of maple, almond butter & remaining 1/4 tsp of cinnamon. mix well

5. Chop the walnuts into small pieces & add to the wet mix along with the oats & hemp seeds

6. Mix until everything is well combined

7. Spoon the crumble mix over the top of the fruit

8. Place in the oven & cook for 12 minutes until golden

9. Serve with the soya yoghurt
