Blueberry Hemp Smoothie

Smoothie season is here! This purple smoothie is thick and has a nice texture and nutty flavour.
Hemp North
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
1 ½ cups Blueberries, frozen
1 cup Vanilla Soymilk
½ cup Plain low-fat yoghurt
1 cup Ice cubes
1 Bananas, fresh or frozen
¼ cup Hemp seeds
Method:
1. Measure out all of your ingredients
2. Combine the soymilk, yoghurt, almond butter, and hemp in a blender.
3. Add frozen fruit (break the banana into chunks) and ice cubes and pulse until the smoothie is thick and smooth. Add more ice cubes if you like a thicker smoothie.
