Hemp Chocolate Bites

Not only are these fudgy, rich and delicious, they’re also super healthy with wholesome ingredients.
Hemp North
Ingredients:
– 200g pitted Medjool dates
– 240g raw walnuts
– 30g hemp hearts (plus more for rolling)
– 40g cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder (plus more for rolling)
– 50g almond butter
– 15ml coconut oil (melted)
– Small pinch of salt (makes the chocolate more chocolatey)
Method:
- Add dates to a food processor and mix until broken down into small bits or until a ball forms. Spoon out and set aside
- Add walnuts to the food processor and pulse until fine.
- Add cacao, hemps hearts and salt. Pulse a few more times to combine
- Add dates back in and almond butter and coconut oil. Mix
- Refrigerate for 10mins,
- Spoon tablespoon amounts and roll into balls with your palms
- Roll in extra hemp hearts or cacao powder
- Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or in freezer for up to a month.
