Hemp & Ginger Ice-cream

This ice cream is vegan-friendly and perfect for a hot summer's day.
Hemp North
Ingredients:
100g hemp hearts
100g crystallised ginger
75 ml cold water
A splash of hot water
Method:
1. Take your hemp seeds and 75ml of water, add them to a blender, and whizz it up until it’s a liquid.
2. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any little bits.
3. Take your 100g crystallised ginger and add that to the blender with a splash of hot water. Whizz until it’s a puree.
4. Get a pan and put a sandwich bag in it.
5. Pour your hemp mixture into the bag, then pour the ginger puree into the bag as well.
6. Give the bag a little shake to distribute the ginger throughout
7. Put the bag in the freezer and wait till ts frozen
8. Serve on a hot summer day
