Ingredients:

100g  bulgar wheat

80g  flat-leaf parsley, chopped

1/2 medium cucumber, diced

30g  mint

80g Hemp North hemp hearts

200g tomatoes diced

Salt/Pepper

juice 1 lemon

3 tbsp olive oil

Method:

  1. Cook the bulgar wheat according to packet instructions and leave to cool
  2. Once cool add the bulgar wheat to a salad bowl and add chopped herbs, tomato, cucumber and hemp hearts. Mix well.
  3. Finally add lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste, mix and serve.
