On the other hand, cider vinegar adds a refreshing and tangy zest to the dressing, complementing the earthy tones of hemp seed oil.

Note: The vinaigrette can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. If the oil solidifies in the cold, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes or shake the jar well before using.
