Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 200g of hemp hearts
  • Selection of summer berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Water and ice to fill up to mixer capacity (approximately 500ml)

 

Method:

  1. Start by peeling the ripe banana and breaking it into chunks. Place it in a blender or mixer.
  2. Add the hemp hearts to the blender, allowing their protein-rich goodness to infuse the smoothie.
  3. Prepare the summer berries by rinsing them thoroughly and removing any stems or leaves. Add a generous handful of each berry to the blender.
  4. Fill the blender with water until it reaches approximately 3/4 of the capacity. The amount of water can be adjusted based on your desired consistency.
  5. Toss a handful of ice cubes into the blender for a refreshing and chilled smoothie.
