Rice krispie chocco balls

Who wants to go back to their childhood with this scrumptious snack? we all had rice krispie treats as a kid, right?

Ingredients:

50g rolled oats

50g rice krispie’s

10ml maple syrup

60g unsweetened almond butter

20g hemp north hemp seeds

50g almonds

100g dairy free dark chocolate

Method:

1. Blitz the almonds until they form a crumb ( or chop finely) & set aside

2. Gently melt the chocolate & set aside

3. Add the almond butter, maple, oats, hemp seeds, almonds, melted chocolate & rice krispie’s to a bowl

4. Stir well until everything is combined

5. Divide into 9 balls or add to 9 cupcake cases

6. Leave to set

7. Store in an airtight container & in the fridge if it’s a bit warm in your kitchen
