Purchasing

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email saying that we have received it. We will then send you an email to let you know when your hemp goodies have been dispatched.

Please make sure you give us the right email address so we can accept your order and contact you if need be.

Changed your mind?

Send back your products, intact and unopened, within 7 working days and you’ll receive a full refund. But please inform us in writing, and return the products to us as soon as possible at your own cost.

Delivery

Orders received during weekdays will be dispatched on Fridays. Orders received during the weekend will be dispatched on Tuesdays.

Over £30 – FREE delivery

Under £30:

– Evri Delivery – 2nd Class – £2.50 set fee.

For faster delivery or overseas postage, please contact us directly and we can try to accommodate.

Price and payment

Free delivery on orders over £30.

Product prices include VAT, but not delivery costs.

If for any reason we can’t supply the products you have ordered, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and give you a full refund.

Refunds

If you return a product to us we will process the refund as soon as possible, usually using the same method you used to pay.
